VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME AND A AN IFR FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE AND THE PRIVATE PILOT AND TWO PASSENGERS WERE NOT INJURED. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED AT WACO, TEXAS ON OCTOBER 28, 2012, AT 1900CDT.
